What If I Have To Cancel My Spa Appointment? Is There Anything I Should Not Bring? Are Children Allowed At The Spa?

How Do I Book An Appointment? Please
telephone the European Wellness Center at (410) 392-3535 several days
ahead to schedule your appointment. Although we are happy to schedule you
on short notice if an appointment is available, we do not want you to be
disappointed if you have to wait. You will be asked for a credit card
number and expiration date to hold the
appointment.
What If I Have To Cancel My Spa Appointment? We need 24 hour notice to cancel a single appointment or 48 hour notice to cancel multiple services or a package. Failure to provide the appropriate notice within the appropriate time frame will result in a charge on your credit card for the services scheduled. In lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment, a valid gift certificate or a deposit may be used to hold the time slot. What Should I Bring? It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes for your visit to the Spa. If you are receiving a body treatment or massage please be aware that we use oils and creams which my stain fabric. If you are receiving a hydrotherapy treatment in the tub you may want to bring your swim suit. You may also use our disposable undergarments. Your modesty is always respected. Is There Anything I Should Not Bring? Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home since safe deposit boxes are not available. Method of Payment? We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card). Gratuities? Our guests enjoy an exceptional staff to guest ratio. We are often asked how much is customary to leave as a gratuity? The usual practice is to leave between 10 – 20% of total services rendered. Gratuities may be given to the service provider directly or given to the receptionist to be placed in an envelope for them. Are Children Allowed At The Spa? Unfortunately we are unable to provide child care services. Children are not permitted in the Spa unless they are receiving services.
Can I Smoke? Since our facility is wellness oriented we are unable to provide smoking facilities. Can I Bring My Pet? Pets are not permitted inside the Spa.
